Bali is always warm, humid and tropical, remaining around 86°F to 95°F (30°C to 35°C) all year round, because of its proximity to equator. The April-October dry season and November-March rainy seasons are only relative, with plenty of rainfall around the
year, but the Balinese winter is cloudier, more humid and with a higher chance of thunderstorms. Rain can be expected in the dry season but
usually at night or in the early morning. Dry season, between May and September has the lowest humidity. During the wet season it rains almost everyday. Around the coast, sea breezes temper the heat and as you move inland you also move up so the altitude works to keep things cool.
